Hi everyone, just wanted to give you the latest update to keep you in the loop! Believe it or not, there is progress on the shipment of our product. If you remember, the shirts and hats were completed just before Chinese New Year and we were told they would ship right after the factories returned from celebrating the new year there. Unfortunately, with the spread of the Coronavirus, work didn’t resume at many factories and shipping was further delayed due to this issue. I am happy to report that the product has shipped and is well on it’s way! Our shipping agency has not been able to give us a date of arrival in Salt Lake City but we were told that the shipment should arrive in Los Angeles today, March 10th. We expect another week or two to get the cargo through customs etc. but we assure you that, as soon as we have it in our possession, we will work quickly to get it to you. Product Update

Hey everyone! We apologize that it has been so long since our last update. Hope you all had a great holiday season and start to the new year. We are excited about this new year and the adventure it will bring to Visto! As we mentioned in our last update, the shoelaces and compression sleeves are here and ready. The reflective logos have been added to the compression sleeves and they look amazing! We're confident you will Be Seen when you are out running! The shirts and hats are also finally finished. Unfortunately they were completed just days before the Chinese New Year and we were unable to have them shipped before the holiday there. We are finding that things don't often go exactly as planned and we apologize for the delay in getting your products to you. This will set us back another few weeks in getting the shipment delivered to us. We are told that we will be able to have the product shipped at the first of February, which will make an estimated delivery to Salt Lake City at the first of March. We will then make arrangements to ship the product to you from there. Again, we apologize that there have been so many unexpected and unplanned delays in this process. We thank you for your support and your patience as we work to provide you with our exciting new products! We assure you that they will be worth the wait! Keep doing good in the world and Be Seen!

Delivery Schedule Update

Hi everyone!
Hope this message finds you doing well and enjoying life. Just a quick update to those of you who are wondering what the status of your order is. As of today, we have received our reflective shoelaces, packaged and ready to ship, as well as blank compression sleeves. The sleeves still need to have our reflective designs applied before they'll be ready to ship, which we expect to be done in the next 3-4 weeks. The details for the hats and shirts have all been finalized and payment has been submitted to our suppliers. Now we're just waiting for production to be complete, which we're told will take approximately 4-5 weeks. Unfortunately, this puts us about a month-month and a half behind what we've been planning and communicating to you all. We had really hoped and believed we'd have everything in place by now, but it has been more work and taken longer than we'd expected. We're estimating about six to eight weeks from today to get things shipped out. Thank you so much for your patience and for understanding. We're so excited to finally be at this point and can't wait for the remaining shipments to arrive so we can get you your gear. Please reach out with any question, otherwise, we'll keep you updated the next few weeks.

China Here We Come!

Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! It's been awhile since we last posted an update and many of you have been wondering what we've been up to. Well, here goes....
A year ago, as we were developing our plan and approach for making this business a reality, we started communicating with suppliers overseas, soliciting samples, coordinating measurements, etc. Everything seemed great, we had some really good contacts and resources, and all we needed was funding...so we thought. Fast forward to June of this year, our Kickstarter ended and we began trying to finalize details with various suppliers to get orders placed. We began using some of the funding from our campaign to have samples made according to our own specifications only to find some suppliers wouldn't take us seriously, some had terrible quality, and others would send items completely different than what we had ordered. In some cases, not only was the sizing different, we were receiving entirely different products! It felt like every time we'd try, we'd hit a brick wall.
So, we're going to China. It wasn't part of our original plan, but in the end we felt it would be best to take a quick trip, make an appearance with several suppliers, work out the remaining details and finalize our orders. We're literally sitting in the Seattle airport typing this update as we wait to board a plane to Hong Kong. It's gonna be a whirlwind trip with long flights and little time to spare, but we're enormously grateful we're able to do it and for this whole experience you've each helped make possible. We're SOOO excited to deliver the final products and hope you love them.
Thank you so much for your patience as we try to navigate starting up this little venture. We're still aiming for our original timeline of delivering by the end of October and will let you know if that changes for any reason. Otherwise, wish us luck in China! We'll let you know how it goes.
